I've been scrapping.......

Surprise surprise!!LOL. It's been a little while since a blog post from me so thought I'd just fill it up with LO's and not much else!! This was my first go at a 6"x12" LO and I love them!! I love them in my album too - it's so groovy having the different size in there. If you haven't tried it I urge you too - SO much fun to do!! And this was done for a challenge to use no photo - bit scary but I'd been meaning to do this with my kdis for ages so it was a great chance to -and I love the LO.
A blurry photo taken by Madison - how cool is that? Love the pic.
I'm not messy, I am creative!! (well - and messy too!LOL)
And a round Becky Fleck page map was used for this one - I did it for a blog challenge and forgot it was also supposed to be monochromatic!!D'OH - I'm just SO clever sometimes I astound myself!!LOL. But obviously I'm not the only one, as the lady who owns the blog said that only one entry so far had been monochromatic!LOL

Anyway - new month tomorrow and a bunch of new challenges to check out. I'll post again hopefully tomorrow to put up my "monthly LO comp" page and "paper of the month" page for the challenges over at Bons. Keep your eyes peeled for the monthly comp - I swear Bon has a fetish of some sort!!LOL.

Anna's Craft Cupboard monthly sketch

The sketch is up again (well, has been a while.............whoops - LOL!) so if you'd like to win a $35 voucher at Anna's then just do a LO based on this Becky Fleck sketch and upload by the end of August.
And she has got some BRILLIANT new stuff in there at the moment - the new Fiskars Threading Water punch is IN STOCK (this has been a hard one to get my hands on!!) and some fabulous new alphas by CArolee's Creations - these are excellent value!! Anyway, here's my example
And here's a couple more Lo's that I've done over the past week or so - whilst procrastinating........
This one was done using a 'puzzle sketch' from the new puzzle sketch blog which I just LOVE the idea of - check it out here.
And anothery - love this one of Madison using my old (non-working camera) - so guess what she's getting for her birthday??;)
Anyway catch you all later - with write a bit about whats been happening in my next post

Stuff

Ok - now hopefully this post will be prettier than the last one seeing as I've actually added pics!!

On 'blog' notes too - I've been awarded the Brilliante Weblog award - twice actually, thanks Janine!! (and sorry, but the other was a while ago and I completely forgot, so therefore I also forgot who gave it to me!) Which also reminded me of a tag from Toni, that I also haven't done but I promise I will!
As to the Brilliante weblog award I know that everyone I nominate will already have one so I'll just list their names - I adore these peoples work on their blogs!
Belinda Venables, Helen Karanfilovski, Erica Glover, Mel Nunn, Sheree McGee, omg - there's just too many to mention..........lol.
Here's some stuff (as promised in the title of the post........so descriptive - in fact I think I call lots of posts 'stuff' - lol)
This was done for Anna's Craft Cupboard using Fancy Pants, Pink Paislee, MM Noteworthy and Sassafrass Lass pp's, MM Noteworthy journalling spot, MM felt alphas amd Kaisercraft bling word And this would just be a close up of that bling word............
This was also done using some of the Kaiser bling. Oh - and the new October Afternoon Detour's pp - I think I've found my new love.............
And using the new Appleton pp which I think is sold out atm - but I'm pretty sure Anna is restocking next week (and I don't think I imagined that piece of info!!LOL)
- and American Crafts thickers and October Afternoon journalling spot. This one is done using chatterbox olive cs, grungeboard arrow, American crafts velvet thickers and October Afternoon journalling spot.
And Anna has her new Becky Fleck sketch challenge up for the month - and I LOVE this one!! I will post it in another blog entry - along with my example - WHEN I do it that is!!
Anyway - off to get ready for footy and hockey. We SHOULD win the footy hopefully - we've also been tipped to win on the radio. The oval is SOOO wet though so should make for an interesting game - and good luck to Sue and Tammy who get to wash the jumpers tomorrow!LOL.
As to hockey winning..........well.......isn't the weather lovely??
Catch you later!!
