Some more Kaiser work..

This LO is done using the "Duchess" range. (There's a write-up on the Kaiser blog about journalling).
This one just tells the story about Darcy being brave sitting up at the table talking to my Dad, when he doesn't see dad very often so I was impressed.

A Kaiser LO

(If you can't read the journalling, the short story is that my sister took Claire to go and buy a persimmon tree - and my poor Claire was very confused as she couldn't see it - the 'person in the tree').

are just BEAUTIFUL this year. This is the paddock next to our house - like, right there.

My puzzle sketch...

for this month - we had to use 3 paperclips, a bow, a rectangle (my bookpage) and some polka dots. (And anyone that knows my scrapping, knows it was a HUGE stretch for me to try and incorporate dots into my LO ........ NOT!!LOL.) I adore dots and this months puzzle pieces have been my faves so far I think. Check them out

In all these ones I've used stuff thats pretty much all available at Anna's Craft Cupboard. Although I think the pink Heidi Swapp alphas in the "vege soup" one have been sold out now (I think I bought the last pkt - I know they're old but I still love them)
Claire made her own soup out of carrots, tomatoes, grapes and cold water - AND she ate it all!





(have used Fancy Pants Kraft Kuts die-cuts & alpha stickers, October Afternoon patterned paper, American Crafts thickers - oh and Cosmo Cricket paper for the "vege soup" one but can't remember what range - sorry!lol)

Forgot to mention that the "Couch Cowgirl" is roughly inspired by Amanda Hall's "Birthday Text" LO which I have now gone to link back to here and see thats it's gone for publication! It was the brown and pink title that inspired me.

I'm such a crappy blogger.....

not that I'm apologising or anything - but I kind of think I upload my LO's every now and then (and I thought I'd been really 'onto it' lately) so I figured most of them would be on my blog - but I just went through my 'LO's' file on my computer and there's about a billion that I havent uploaded.
And I actually thought I HAD uploaded them but I can't see them on my blog so sorry if for some reason I have done it before and I'm just blind............won't post them all at once - I'll do it dribs and drabs - can't rush these things you know.............
(oh - and there's probably not 'quite' a billion lo's - but it must be close - like about 20 - LOL)
I entered the Scrap the Girls blog challenge last month for the first time ever - you had to use pink and orange (and white maybe? I forget...)
And the other LO I did for a challenge over at Enchanted Scrapbooking - to use tan white and black.

Taking the Initiative

This one was in the last Scrapbooking Memories - I'd done it for a challenge at the Scrapboxx Retreat last year where we were given a pack of stuff and you had to use everything that was in the pack.
I just loved my kids ingenuity when they couldn't find the grater one day - very sweet!

Puzzle Sketches!

Check THIS out - how cool!! I love the idea of this blog - if you haven't played along before, it's a great different idea where you have to use the pieces of the sketch - but you can put them wherever you like.
I was kinda 'there' (in a very loose sense of the word...) when Nic and Toni came up with this idea for a cybercrop challenge - and then they decided to make it a monthly thing.
So I'm very honoured to part of the team for a little bit.

Here's this months pieces - I'm yet to do mine but it's on my 'to-list' for tomorrow (what an excellent 'to-do' list I have!LOL)

New month, new stuff!!

Yes, it really is a new month - and that meant a new parcel of stuff from Anna's Craft Cupboard and I ADORE it all again this month. Is it just me or are you pretty much liking everything at the moment??LOL
