Have also used Kaisercraft Timeless 'Sheet Music' paper and October AFternoon papers and tin badge (and also some Echo park alps/number stickers) - all available from Anna's Craft Cupboard.
Oh, I love this Fran! I love how you've balanced the harder elements with the softer music paper and butterflies... love the colours too, just gorgeous.
